DESCRIPTION:From 7th June to 19th July\, Dartmoor National Park is consulting on modifications to its Local Plan.  Particularly relevant to Buckfastleigh is the revised identification of sites for housing.  It is now proposed that the land at Holne Road be removed from the Local Plan as a potential site for development.  Alternative sites to go into the Local Plan are Land at Oaklands Road and at Timbers Road.  The full statement in relation to housing in Buckfastleigh and the Local Plan can be read here \nThere will be a virtual public drop-in event to discuss changes to the Buckfastleigh sites on Wednesday 23rd June\, 4pm-6pm.  Contact forwardplanning@dartmoor.gov.uk to be sent a link to this event.
