We are very pleased to announce that local groups and organisations can now apply to the Town Council for small grants up to £250 on three occasions every year. In addition to this a new and exciting ‘Community Development Fund’ is also now available for applications of £1,000 or over, twice a year, together with the already established Teignbridge District Council Elector Fund which is considered on two occasions during each financial year subject to the availability of funds.
As this is a new programme of grants for the benefit of community projects, we are extending the small grants deadline from Friday 30th September to midday on Monday 17th October 2016. Applications for the Community Development Fund and Elector Fund need to be submitted to the Clerk by midday on Wednesday 30th November 2016.
