The Dartmoor National Park Local Plan has provision for 70 dwellings at this site if an appropriate planning application is presented (see below). Although the site is in Dean Prior/South Hams jurisdiction, it will have an impact on Buckfastleigh. There will be a presentation at our next Council meeting on Wednesday 19th July at 7 pm by PCL Planning Ltd. of Exeter. Buckfastleigh residents are welcome to attend.
