- New Councillor: We were pleased to welcome newly co-opted Town Councillor Steven Burch to the meeting together with our local police representatives, PC Claire Hurrell and PCSO Tamzin Campbell-Moseley. The next Police Surgery will be held in the Town Hall on Friday 15th March from 12 noon to 1.00pm.
- Easter Meal: Following an anonymous donation from a local benefactor we will be offering a warm meal for the Easter weekend to those who are experiencing financial hardship please see our website, facebook page and posters for further information.
- Small Grant Award: £500 was awarded to the Moorland Community Caring group towards the essential and important service they provide in our community which includes the twice monthly Soup and Pudding Club in Buckfastleigh.
- Timbers Road: The Town Council will again respond to the proposed Timbers Road development for 75 dwellings and highways improvements. The developer has submitted an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. Further information and comments can be submitted to:
